"I.T. Co" Built Video Wall for Central Control Station of Sayano-Shushenskaya Dam

Central control station of Sayano-Shushenskaya Dam was equipped with a video wall - It will display all the data necessary for the management of the facility. Before that, employees had to track everything on regular PC monitors. “I.T. Co” carried out the work on installation.

The video wall features dimensions of 12 meters width and 3 meters length and is built in configuration of  9x3 Delta video projector cubes with LED-light source. It replaced an indicator panel that has been in use since 1979. The decision to decommission the panel was made due to the transition to microprocessor station equipment, which took over the functions of process control management and condition monitoring of the facility’s equipment. Depending on the situation, the screen can display all kinds of necessary data, beginning with warning signals to operational information provided by check-reading instruments.

Initially, the video wall will work in test mode while employees gather ideas on optimizing its use.
