Government Procurement Tracking Centre Started Work in Perm

June 5, Perm. The first Russian Unified Centre for Contract System Tracking opened in the city of Perm. One of the initiators of the project is the Bank of Moscow. Among other active participants of the project are the Perm regional government, chambers of commerce of Russia and Perm krai, OAO “Unified Electronic Trading Platform”; these organizations took active part in the development of the project.
One of the main goals of the Unified Centre for Contract System Tracking is provision for tenders’ accessibility within the framework of the Federal Law-44 for small and medium enterprises. The centre will work in the “one window” format: business representatives will receive a full package of banking services, which are necessary for their participation in tenders (according to the Federal Laws 44 and 223). Apart from that, the centre is willing to help in solution of technical problems regarding access to electronic auctions and render consulting services.
According to Mr Alexander Yastrib, First Deputy President, Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Moscow: “The centre’s aim is to promote small and medium-sized companies’ involvement into participation in the federal contract system. Thanks to the Unified Centre for Contract System Tracking, Perm businesses gain access to multi-billion market of government contracts. The number of similar centers as well as their geography is going to expand. Another Unified Centers for Contract System Tracking will open in Moscow region, Saint Petersburg, Khabarovsk, and Krasnodar.
Evgeniy Turnyak, who is representing a Perm-based company “Vipaks+”, believes that opening of such centre is extremely useful for young companies. A variety of skills and extensive knowledge are necessary for being competitive on the market of security systems. Sometimes we do not have enough time to master this knowledge and gain the so much needed experience. Moreover, opportunities for being consulted on legislative issues and paperwork save a lot of time and effort for any company.
