Water-filled dams are being actively established In Blagoveshchensk in order to prevent floods. Deputy company commander for out the rescue operations.

Dmitry Leteshev, commented on the process: “This is a water-filled tubular dam. The present set consists of four dams – 25 meters each, that is: the length of one set is 100 meters. In this area we will set up the 600-meter-long dam. It is filled with water; and the bags are stacked on each side. In this area it measures the water level; and if the water rises here, it will be immediately filled with water”.
