"Rostec" Creates New Complex of Photo and Video Traffic Violations Registration

The new development of "Shvabe" holding, part of State Corporation "Rostec" will be able to detect speeding and instantly identify particular vehicle in single lane and multilane dense traffic at an increased distance and during any time of day.
New stationary laser speed sensor “Luch-S” and its’ mobile counterpart “Luch-M” capture images of vehicles framed in laser beam and wirelessly transfer images with the results of speed measurements to data processing center.
New complexes can simultaneously analyze two movement directions and are invisible for various “anti-radar” detector devices.
Russian police expressed interest in the new development. Serial production of devices is scheduled for November 2014, when the permission documentation arrives.
