Direct Fire Alarm Signal Transmission System to be Introduced in Tomsk

In the near future, first wave of social institutions in Tomsk will be connected to the fire alarm system, which sends fire warning signals directly to the Ministry of Emergency Situations control desk. According to Alexei Pashin, Chief specialist of Fire Safety Inspection Service department of the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations, the innovations are being implemented according to the requirements of the federal law.

In order to implement the system, the city has purchased and installed the "Sagittarius-Monitoring" hardware complex. As of today, four social objects, including a rehabilitation center for the elderly and a kindergarten are being connected to the complex. In total, the complex will process signals from approximately one thousand objects.
